Jeffrey Rascher, Director of Operations
Jeffrey has spent over 13 years in Operations, playing a large role in the growth and development of multiple national brands, (IHOP, Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays, and Truluck's Steak, Seafood and Crab House, specializing in new store openings and management development. An expert in his field, Jeffrey has been delivering financial results for over a decade, overseeing units that operate at a high level of efficiency while maintaining a lower line cost than comparable sales level industry standards.
As Director of Operations, Jeffrey Rascher is responsible for ensuring our current locations operate to their maximum potential, while simultaneously working with the CEO on the expansion of MRG’s sales and concepts. Jeffrey works closely with members of the Executive Team, he ensures work is done efficiently and effectively, with the profitability and integrity of the brand in mind at all times.
Recruitment and development are the key factors to Jeffrey’s success. He believes that our people are our business at the core and that their independent success is a direct result of our success as a company. He is committed to hiring vibrant brand representatives, developing them operationally, and aiding them in building relationships with other community businesses, local town offices, and state government.
Jeffrey spends free moments managing investment rental properties, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters in New Haven CT, and traveling, seeking out amazing food and beverage experiences.
