Founders Craft Beer Gastro Dinner In Hampden June 10

McLadden's in Hampden will be hosting a special

5 Course Craft Beer Gastro Dinner

on Wednesday, June 10th @ 6pm

Each course will be paired with a selection from

Founders Brewing Company, one of America's top-ranked

breweries. Founders' very own John Abercrombie will be

in the house, and Chef Dan will be turning it up a notch by

cooking with some of these outstanding brews!

First Course

Spring salad with candied walnuts, goat cheese and

orange slices dressed with a Rübaeus vinaigrette

paired with Dry Hopped Pale Ale APA, 5.4 % abv

Second Course

Centennial IPA battered fish tacos

with grilled chorizo and chipotle ranch slaw

paired with All Day IPA American IPA, 4.7% abv

Third Course

Lobster filled ravioli in fresh herb and

IPA infused drawn butter

paired with Red's Rye IPA Rye Beer, 6.6% abv

Fourth Course

Braised beef short ribs with mushroom risotto

and roasted asparagus

paired with Porter American Porter, 6.5% abv

Fifth Course

Big Lushious Imperial Stout cupcake with

Rübaeus cream cheese frosting and

a Big Lushious ganache Filling
